Online payment status
This website does not currently collect online payments. Submitting a request does not charge you. Refund arrangements apply only to amounts actually paid under a written project confirmation.
Confirmed engagements
To cancel a confirmed engagement or request a refund, use the contact form, select “Refund” and provide the order reference, payment evidence and reason. Eligibility, refundable amount and timing are assessed under the confirmed project terms and work already completed.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method or another agreed method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
